• We do accommodate special dietary requests if notified in advance.

• No Smoking (It's the Law). May smoke on deck.
• Pet friendly, we have an old dog and cat. We charge $20 additional per night if you bring a pet.

• Deposit amount required (A 50% deposit will be charged for each night's stay to your credit card upon online reservation confirmation).
• Check in time is 4-7pm/flexible and Check out time is 11am/flexible
• Cancellations:
  You will be given a full refund if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to date of your reservation minus a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 weeks prior to your booking you will be refunded your payment minus the $20 cancellation fee only if we can rebook the suite.
• A Continental Plus breakfast is included with room rate
